Our Assist Life Stage, Transition services are designed to help participants navigate important milestones, such as transitioning from school to further education or employment or moving to a new living arrangement.
Supporting you or your loved one with personal care, such as bathing, showering, applying creams, assisting with dressing, toileting and continence management while maintaining privacy. All in the comfort of your own home.
Transport services include shopping, medical appointments, social activities and other community access trips. We provide safe, reliable, secure transport assistance to ensure a comfortable journey for you and your carers. We understand that the level of transport assistance required for each person is unique, and we work closely with you to ensure your individual needs are met.
Supports to help or supervise you to take part in community, social, recreational, or economic activities. Through community participation capacity building, we aim to empower individuals with disabilities so they can have an active role within their community, and develop a sense of social inclusion and belonging, which can have a positive impact on their overall well-being.
Supports to assist you with your personal tasks during day-to-day life so you can live as independently as possible. These supports can be provided individually in a range of environments, including your own home. Everyday household tasks are made easy with a clean and tidy home that you can be proud of. Household cleaning services, meal preparation and grocery shopping are just a few of the services we provide to help you maintain a healthy, safe and independent lifestyle.
Supports to help you find individual and innovative living and housing options. We are able to find a suited home to your needs. We assist you in searching, meeting, and matching with hosts and co-residents (if applicable), by fixing a meeting and ensuring that the funding and other arrangements are made well before time.
Supports to help your employment requirements. We support people with disabilities when they need a little extra help to find a job, retain a job, or exit from a job. We also ensure that the entire job seeking process, and the recruitment process are stress-free for our participants, and we assist them throughout, helping them in whatever way they seem necessary.
We provide support with domestic activities such as cleaning, tidying, laundry, and general household maintenance. We support participants in managing their homes, promoting independence, and ensuring a comfortable living environment.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme is an Australian Government service, funding, planning and managing costs associated with those diagnosed with a disability and approved under the scheme. The NDIS provi des funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and improved quality of life.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community. The various support areas available ensures that direct funding and support is provided to all the citizens in need of help from a variety of areas.
